All Web Design, Web Development, Mobile Application Development, Software Development, Search Engine Optimization, Digital Marketing, and Maintenance are carried out and accepted after total analysis and the creation of a complete scope document in order to ensure that our teams have a full understanding of the work needed to be done, eliminating the possibility of any project cancellation/reversal/dispute.

Our refund policy is as follows:

  1. If the customer disputes any charges or is unsatisfied with a deliverable, the customer must contact us within seven (7) days after the date of the charge.

  2. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide a valid reason for the return.

  3. And, If a client contacts Tackle-D and expresses any dissatisfaction with the services, and we find that the deliverable has not reasonably met the relevant specifications, only thereafter, Tackle-D will proceed to a refund.

  4. Refunds will only be issued for the amount paid for the product/service. Any additional costs, such as taxation or handling fees, will not be refunded.

  5. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method that is used earlier.

  6. To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at [support@tackled.co.in].

  7. Once we have received your request, we will review it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  8. If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 7 business days.

  9. Please note that we reserve the right to reject refund requests that are made outside of the 7-day window or do not meet the above-mentioned criteria.
