✅ Proposal
Our services are offered on a project basis and we provide a detailed proposal and estimate before starting any work.
✅ Payment terms
a. The initial outlay is non-refundable.
b. The above-mentioned cost includes 18% GST (in the case of Indian clients)
c. Payment is due at the end of each milestone or as outlined in the proposal.
✅ Non-Disclosure Agreement
We maintain strict confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements to protect our client's intellectual property.
✅ Breach
We reserve the right to terminate the project if the client breaches any of the terms outlined in the proposal.
✅ No response situation
If the Client does not respond for more than 10 days despite reminders from the Company, the development may be put on hold. If the Client does not respond after 14 days, despite repeated reminders from the Company, the contract may be terminated.
